DAILY KOAN
The mind is the root of all our experience , both of ourselves and others . If we perceive the world in unclear way thanks to all external distractions ... confusion and suffering will arise . We may be largely unaware of our ignorance and wrong views as someone with defective vision seeing the world as being upside down.Motivated by desire , hatred and bewilderment ... this untamed mind blindly pursues what it wants and lashed out at all that stands in its way , with little or no understanding of the things really are ...Normally we are so blind that we are unaware of how wild our minds really are . When things go wrong we tend to blame other people and circumstances , rather than look inside ourselves for the causes of the suffering . But if we are ever to find true peace or happiness it is that wildness within must be faced and dealt with ...Only then we can learn to use energy in more positive and balanced way ... so we will stop causing harm to ourselves and others ...

... expanding awareness ...
...look inside your self;) bring your awareness to your inner experience ... notice where is your consciousness? here or fare ? is it possible that distance is not really existing? and it is here where you Are ... What thoughts are going through your mind? as best you can just put them into words and just observe them don't get to deeply involve ... What body sensation are here right now? perhaps quickly scanning the whole body to pick up any sensations of tightening or bracing..
Now focus your attention on physical sensations of the breath... take a closer look in to the breath in the belly... feeling the sensations of the belly wall expanding as the breath comes in ... and the breath goes out ... follow the breath all the way up and down,,in and out.. anchor your self to the present moment.
Now expand the field of your awareness around your breathing so that in addition to the sensations of the breath , it includes a consciousness sense of the body as whole and facial expression .. Now you move even to expand the awareness to be aware of the place you are at now ... as fare as you can.. if you become aware of any sensation of discomfort , tension , or resistance ... take zero of them in breath and breathing out let them go... when your are focus on the breathing and the thoughts flowing by not really notice by you.. try to feel what you feeling now..is it a stillness ??

IGNORANCE IS NOT A BLISS
When you come to know yourselves , then you become known , and you will realize that it is you who are the sons of living father . But if you will not know yourselves you will dwell in poverty and it is you who are in poverty ..,
For what is inside you is what is outside you , and the one who fashions you on the outside is one who shaped the inside of you . and what you see outside of you , you see inside of you ... it is invisible and it is your garment ...
If you bring forth what is within you ... What you bring forth will save you .. if you do not bring forth what is within you ... What you do not bring forth will destroy you
Ignorance is the mother of all evil , Ignorance will result in death , because those that come from ignorance neither were , nor are , nor shall be perfect when all the truth is revealed .
